After more than four decades of service to public safety, Chief Ronnie D. Grice, Assistant Vice President for University Police and Public Safety, will retire from Kansas State University on April 1, 2026.
The University stated in a news release that Chief Grice has served the K-State community for over 30 years, providing leadership for University Police and Public Safety across the Manhattan, Salina, and Olathe campuses.
His legacy includes strengthening emergency preparedness, advancing officer safety and technology, and building lasting partnerships across campus and throughout the community.
