RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect for alleged child abuse.
Just before 9p.m. Sunday, police arrested David Joshua Breeden, 26, of Manhattan, on a requested charge of abuse of a child, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report. An 8-year-old girl was listed as the victim. Police did not report the relationship between Breeden and the child or additional details.
Breeden remains jailed on a $100,000 bond, according to the RCPD.
