Delores N. Dunn, 84, of Clay Center, died on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at the Clay County Medical Center. She was born on July 21, 1937 in McCook, Nebraska, the daughter of Alfred and Iris (Clouse) Brown.
Delores grew up in Rutledge, Missouri and graduated from Baring High School. She attended business school at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and worked as a bookkeeper for the John Deere dealership in Memphis, Missouri. On February 2, 1957, Delores married Ronald Dunn. The couple farmed in the Idana, Kansas area for many years.
Delores was a member of the Idana First Presbyterian Church, E.H.U. and was a girls softball coach.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jimmy Brown.

Sister: Margaret Balfour of Clay Center, Kansas
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 11, 2022 at the Idana First Presbyterian Church in Idana, Kansas.
Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas.
Visitation will be held from 3-7 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2022 at the Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home, Clay Center, Kansas.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Idana First Presbyterian Church or to the Clay Center Utility Park and Zoo c/o funeral home.
