Moon Lake on Fort Riley will be the site for "Sobriety Floats Your Boat cardboard race on Friday. Boat construction begins at 8:30 a.m. and racing starts after noon.
Multiple teams of Soldiers will participate to recognize those Soldiers who live the Army values and continuously display low risk in alcohol and drug choices.
Teams of up to four Soldiers will construct boats from carboard and duct tape, and then race against each other at Moon Lake.
