Manhattan man jailed for alleged lewd and lascivious conduct

Riley County Police (RCPD ) have reported the arrest of Keavoyan Brown, 19, of Manhattan, in connection with a lewd and lascivious conduct report filed earlier this month.

The investigation began on February 3 at approximately 1:19 AM, when officers responded to a report of alleged lewd and lascivious conduct in the 2800 block of Kelly Drive. Following an extensive investigation, officers obtained a search warrant for a residence in the 2200 block of Browning Avenue.

Today, officers executed a search warrant and arrested Brown without incident. He was charged with two counts of criminal trespass, two counts of stalking, and one count of lewd and lascivious conduct, with his bond set at $13,000. Additionally, Brown was arrested on two separate Riley County District Court warrants. The first was for failure to appear, carrying a $6,000 bond. The second was for two counts of criminal threat, stalking, and harassment, with a bond set at $26,000.

The investigation remains ongoing.
