Chamber of Commerce
The Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce is kicking off the second year of the Youth Leadership Manhattan Program, an initiative that prepares high school sophomores to become community-focused leaders.Last year's pilot program was a success, graduating 13 students from USD 383 Manhattan High School.
Building on that momentum, this year the program is expanding to include sophomores from USD 378 Riley County High School and USD 384 Blue Valley-Randolph, along with USD 383. A maximum of 20 motivated students will be selected through an application process to represent these schools.
