Geary County officials are reporting a COVID-19 related death involving a man in his 60's. This is the second person who has died in Geary County in connection with COVID-19.
Emergency Management Director Garry Berges said the man had been transported by ambulance to Geary Community Hospital on Sunday and passed away later that day.
Geary County authorities strongly encourage everyone to wear masks when in public, practice social distancing and conduct frequent hand washing.
