There is a new Online Permit and License portal in Manhattan. The City announced that the new system will modernize how the City manages permits, licenses, planning and zoning applications, inspections, and code enforcement, while providing a more user-friendly online experience for residents, contractors, developers, and businesses.
Training sessions will be offered to help users become familiar with the new system and create their online accounts. Registration will be required for the virtual session only, the in-person sessions will not require registration. In addition, a new Business & Development section of the city’s website makes it easier to find information and start development projects.
