MANHATTAN, KAN. – The Riley County Police Department arrested a Manhattan man on Tuesday, on 10 counts of rape and 10 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, according to a media release from the RCPD.
On July 10, as a result of an ongoing investigation, officers filed a report of rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Due the nature of these crimes, no victim information will be released at this time.
Kevin Kendre Brown, 43, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at the Riley County Jail. Brown has been confined in the Riley County Jail since November 2025 on other charges. He is no Brown was issued a total bond of $1 million, according to the RCPD.
