Jason L. Hodges, 48, of St. George, Kansas, passed away on Friday (February 2, 2024) at Ascension Via Christi Hospital in Manhattan, Kansas.
Born July 23, 1975 in Manhattan, Jason was the son of Donald and Linda (Catlin) Hodges. He was a 1993 graduate of Rock Creek High School. Jason was an avid Yankees and Jayhawks fan and enjoyed farming on his family’s farm. He loved hanging out with his buddies on Friday nights. Jason will be remembered as a kind and caring person who was always willing to help others.
In 1994, Jason graduated from Manhattan Area Technical College for Computer Operations and Graphics and began his career in IT with AIB International where he was currently employed.
Survivors include his parents, Don and Linda Hodges of St. George, KS; two brothers, Joe Hodges (Roberta) of Wamego and Kyle Hodges of St. George, KS; a sister, Kalli Roy (Dustin) of Westmoreland, KS; his God Son, Easton Hodges; and many nieces and nephews.
Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Cremation services are in the care of Campanella & Stewart Funeral Home in Wamego.
Graveside services will be held Saturday morning (February 17, 2024) at 11:30 at St. George Cemetery, St. George, Kansas. The family will meet with friends to celebrate Jason’s life at a gathering following the graveside service.
