RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on child sex crime allegations.
Just before 10:30p.m. Monday, police arrested 31-year-old Manfred Elocka Ngom of Manhattan on a Riley County District Court warrant for 10 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, one count of contributing to child misconduct and one count of furnishing alcohol or cereal malt beverage to a minor in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
This arrest stems from a report filed Oct. 4, Ngom is being held on a $50,000 bond.
