RILEY COUNTY —Four people were injured in an alleged domestic violence incident on Valentine's Day in Manhattan.
According to the Riley County Police Department activity report, a 43-year-old woman, a 24-year-old woman a 7-year-old boy and a 2-month-old girl were listed as victims of the incident. a 29-year-old male was listed as the suspect.
Police arrested 29-year-old Tyrell Harper of Manhattan on requested charges of aggravated domestic battery, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated intimidation of a witness/victim, theft, battery, criminal damage to property, and endangering a child.
Harper is being held on a $75,000 bond, according to the RCPD.
