The City of Manhattan reports that a truss was installed this past week without issues and they were able to reopen the intersection of Denison Avenue and Kimball Avenue.
While much work remains to connect, program, and test the new signals at this intersection, none of that work should require any additional closures of Kimball Avenue going forward. For the time being, traffic flow at the intersection will revert to what is pictured in the lower-right diagram below, with left turns being allowed only from Kimball Avenue.
