RCPD: $7,000 in jewelry taken from home in Manhattan

MANHATTAN —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a theft in Manhattan.

Just after 2p.m. Thursday, police filed a report for theft in the 2100 block of Westchester Drive in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.

A 64-year-old woman told police an unknown suspect took her jewelry. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $7,110.00.
