
Visit Manhattan has provided information on a hotel renovation property.
Commonwealth Hotel, a Covington, Kentucky-based hotel management company, has announced the grand opening of its newest property in Manhattan, Doubletree by Hilton, following an extensive renovation.
The hotel formerly operated as Four Points by Sheraton. It is owned by SMP Manhattan which is part of the Scale My Portfolio group which partners with retail investors to buy commercial real estate assets such as hotels apartment communities.
According to Commonwealth Hotels the renovated property will have 197 guest rooms and suites.
