RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities in Riley County have captured an inmate who did not arrive at the workforce center and did not return to the jail. Just after 3:30p.m. Tuesday, the Riley County Police Department reported Justin Brown, 34, escaped from custody.
Brown was located at City Park and booked back into jail just before 2a.m. Wednesday, according to online jail records. The RCPD released no additional details.
