One of the activities the City of Manhattan plans every other year to promote the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Fair Housing information is the Housing Summit.
The City issued a release saying that this year’s Housing Summit will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, April 17 (doors open at 8:30 a.m.) at Sunset Zoo, located at 2333 Oak St. in Manhattan.
There will be more than 20 sessions on a wide variety of housing market-related topics, in addition to Fair Housing, including the increasing role of artificial intelligence (AI), current conditions for buyers and sellers, and housing information for military personnel and Veterans.
