MARSHALL COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 2:30p.m. Tuesday in Marshall County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2019 Peterbilt semi driven by Robert D. Bernt, 60, Phillips, Nebraska, was eastbound on Kansas 9 just west of 2nd Terrace negotiating a curve.
The vehicle traveled onto the south shoulder. The driver lost control and the semi overturned onto the passenger side.
EMS transported Bernt to Community Memorial Healthcare in Marysville. He was properly restrained, according to the KHP.
