
Everybody Counts will be hosting a community event at the Douglass Recreation Complex on Saturday, August 7th.
The event will be held from 9a.m. to 1p.m. and will feature free health screenings, basic preventative veterinary care for pets, food distributions from the Flint Hills Breadbasket, booths from community organizations, a free community brunch, and fun activities for the whole family.
Transportation will also be readily available for all, as the ATA bus will arrive/depart the Douglass Recreation Center stop on route 1 from 9a.m. to 7p.m. at :27 and :55 after the hour.
Masks will be required in buildings where direct health services are provided. Masks and social distancing are encouraged in the outdoor setting.
