RILEY COUNTY --One person died in an accident on Monday in Riley County.
Just after 2a.m., officers responded to a pedestrian versus train incident near East Highway 24 and Levee Drive, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
First responders located a 25-year-old person who was struck by a train and died at the scene.
Police released no additional details.
