On Thursday at 5:08 p.m. the Geary County Sheriff's Department reported that Deputies responded to US 77-Highway at mile marker 150 in reference to a single vehicle injury accident. David Walsh of Marion, KS was traveling southbound in his grey in color 2003 Dodge Dakota when hydroplaned off of the roadway to the west. The vehicle over-turned and came to rest on the roof. The driver and single occupant were evaluated by EMS but declined transport. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Homestead Wrecker Service.
