SSG (Ret) Francis J. "Frank" Kopetzky, Sr., 75, of White City, Kansas died Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Ascension Via Christi Hospital in Manhattan in Manhattan, Kansas. Cremation will take place. His cremated remains will be buried in the future with full military honors at Kansas Veterans' Cemetery near Manhattan, Kansas.
