RILEY COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just before 6:30p.m. Tuesday in Riley County.
A Honda Civic, driven by Aaron Crews, 48, of Junction City, struck Subdint Cruz, 27, of Manhattan, and a minor child who were crossing the street at 4th and Moro Street, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
EMS transported Cruz and the child to Via Christi by EMS for treatment of their injuries. Both were later transported on to other hospitals.
