Join Sunflower CASA ( Court Appointed Special Advocates ) as they partner with Science Explorers to provide a family-friendly event on Sunday, Oct. 25 from 2-3 p.m.
Participants will create a mocktail with a fizzy element and then will participate in some spooky STEM. Families will create a "Matter Monster" and a "Glove Ghost" as they explore the difference between an exothermic and endothermic reaction.
Drive-thru pick-up of experiment kits is scheduled at the CASA lot at 115 North 4th Street in Manhattan on Saturday, Oct. 17 from 10 a.m. until noon and Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 4-6 p.m.
