“Closing the county offices tomorrow will allow Riley County employees the opportunity to enjoy Juneteenth celebrations in our community. I encourage families to take advantage of events being held Friday and Saturday at the Douglass Community Center in Manhattan,” said Riley County Commission Chairman John Ford.
