The City of Manhattan announced that two new asphalt maintenance projects kick off today ( Monday ).
1) Bluemont Avenue (4th to 11th streets) — expected to last 2 weeks 2) College Avenue (north of Kimball Avenue, starting near Agronomy Central Drive and extending about 2,000 feet north) — expected to last 1 week.
