RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating two teen for an alleged violent attack.
Just after 4:30p.m. Tuesday, officers filed a report for aggravated battery in the 2100 block of Mike Pl. in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
A 16-year-old girl reported two 16-year-old girls came into her house and began physically fighting her, knocking her unconscious.
The victim was transported to Via Christi for treatment of her injuries. Keeghan Rayburn, of Ogden, and Scarlett Mercado, of Manhattan, both 16 were arrested in connection on a requested charge of aggravated battery and release to guardians.
