Partner Spotlight: Workplace Campaign Engagement

The success of Konza United Way is made possible through the enthusiasm and involvement of community partners. Through workplace campaigns, local businesses and organizations create opportunities for employees to learn more about United Way’s mission and celebrate the collective impact our community can make together.

At Community First National Bank, employees helped build team connections during their workplace campaign by hosting a raffle that encouraged engagement among staff and customers. The event created an opportunity for people visiting the bank to learn more about Konza United Way while also strengthening relationships within the team.

The K-State Alumni Center also participated in their workplace campaign by hosting a pizza party for employees who took time to learn more about Konza United Way and the programs supported throughout the community. Events like these create a fun and welcoming environment where employees can connect with the mission and celebrate the positive impact they help make possible.
