Bringing university research and real clinical experiences together is the focus of a unique partnership between Stormont Vail Health and Kansas State University – with collaboration recently being  highlighted a new video.

The new video series called Next-Gen ‘Cats, highlight the work of K-State faculty, staff and students as they put the Next-Gen K-State strategic plan into action. The video about the Stormont Vail research collaboration shares information about the initiative that bases out of our Manhattan Campus, adjacent to K-State.

Carl Ade, Ph.D., Director, K-State Clinical Research Coordination Initiative, says in the video, “This opportunity is very unique, and I think it sets K-State apart from a lot of institutions, because it’s very uncommon for a state university like Kansas State University to partner with a private health care institution with the same mission of improving health care in the communities, advancing the education of students, and really strengthening both institutions.”
