Riley County Health officials released a report on COVID-19 Friday. They said there was one new positive case and three more people have recovered. The total were 113 active cases, 302 recovered and there have been four deaths.
Ascension Via Christi Hospital in Manhattan was treating three COVID-19 positive patients and one person under investigation patient. Their symptoms were severe enough to require hospitalization.
