Ruth Ann Roberts, 63, Manhattan, was born to Robert and LaQuita Roberts on July 29, 1962, at the Morris County Hospital in Council Grove, KS. She had four siblings: Kay, Raye, Bobby, and Chuck.
She embraced her Lord Jesus in her new heavenly home on August 9, 2025, at Good Shepherd Hospice House in Manhattan after a short battle with an aggressive lung cancer.
Ruth Ann attended White City schools and graduated from high school there in 1980. After graduating, she worked at Neosho Construction Company, Charlene's, and the Council Grove Republican, before attending Manhattan Vocational-Technical School where she learned medical transcription. She worked numerous places in Manhattan, including Peterson Lab, Lafene Student Health on the KSU campus for 22 years, and six years for Konza Dental.
While attending vo-tech school, she met Michael Bundy, whom she married on May 22, 1987. They recently celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary. She was the proud mother of two daughters: Jacqueline Jacie and Kirsten Micah. Her family was her pride and joy. She shared her daughters happiness when they married their husbands, Matt and Colt.
She was a member of the Parkerville Baptist Church and later of the Life Connection Baptist Church of Ogden.
She was preceded in death by her parents: LaQuita and Bob; her brother, Bobby; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, JJ and Alice Bundy, and her brother-in-law, Wayne; her grandparents, Fred and Ruth Roberts and Alfred and Anna Holm; and many special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
