Manhattan, KS — kstate CREDIT UNION has announced the opening of a new branch location in Wamego, expanding access to convenient, local, financial services. The new branch, located at 1503 US Hwy 24, is scheduled to open on January 5, 2026!
The location will offer a full range of financial services, including checking & savings accounts, drive-thru and night drop, auto, personal & home loans, ATM, mobile banking tools; all delivered by a local team dedicated to personalized service.

To celebrate the opening, kstate CREDIT UNION plans to host a ribbon cutting on Saturday, January 31 in partnership with the Wamego Chamber of Commerce. Community members are invited to visit the branch throughout the month of January and enter for a chance to win cash prizes.
The new branch lobby will be open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9am-5pm, Wednesdays-10am-5pm, as well as Saturdays 9am – Noon. The drive-thru will be open from 9:00-6:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10:00-6:00pm on Wednesdays and 9:00-noon on Saturdays.The new branch is designed to provide a welcoming, modern space for members to manage their financial needs.
