Anna Kosiak, 94, of Manhattan, formerly of Lyons, IL, passed away Saturday, December 4th, at Meadowlark Hills Retirement Community- Honstead House in Manhattan. She was a bookbinder in Chicago for Booklet Binding Broadview, IL., and mother of Maria (Robert) Sweet of Manhattan and Myra (Craig) Scramuzzo of Prairie Sun, WI. Anna was born in Ukraine, on May 1, 1927, the daughter of the late John and Olga (Hrwachuk) Kalyniuk. She is survived by her grandchildren, Scott ( Marybeth) Scramuzzo, John Scramuzzo, and her great-grandson, Jack Scramuzzo. Anna is preceded in death by her parents, ex-husband, and an infant brother and sisters. There will be no services at this time. Arrangements are with Carlson's Irvin-Parkview, Manhattan&nbsp;&nbsp;
