Sianna Neal, 1 month and 8 days old, passed away on February 6, 2024, at Stormont Vail - Flint Hills Campus. She is survived by two loving parents, Savion and Kylia Neal.

A visitation will take place at Johnson Funeral Home, Friday, February 16, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m.&nbsp;&nbsp;
