t was cold and rainy, but the RCPD still had a great time at the recent Manhattan Polar Plunge. In all, the RCPD team raised nearly $2,500 for Special Olympics of Kansas, which brought in almost $25,000 overall for the weekend that saw more than 100 plungers.
They also extended a big thank you to Taco John's, Wendy's and Walmart Manhattan for donating food to help feed all of the plungers.
