Manhattan City sewer maintenance crews are performing large sewer line maintenance this week. Hours of operation will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This work will be in the 300 and 400 blocks of 3rd Street and 4th Street, from Bluemont Avenue to Fort Riley Boulevard. Ensure all toilet lids are down and floor drains are covered. If your traps become dry and an odor occurs, pour water into the floor drain to air out the room and alleviate the odor.
