Please use the marked pedestrian walkway and follow all posted signs. For your safety, do not walk or ride a bike through the construction area.Drivers should use the detour on Tuttle Creek Boulevard (US-24), Casement Road, and McCall Road. People driving in the area should expect extra traffic and some delays.
The City has received reports of drivers trying to get around the closure by driving on private property and across lawns. This is dangerous and illegal and puts people at risk. RCPD has been notified. Please drive carefully, follow the detour, and watch for construction workers.
Hayes Drive will stay closed to vehicle traffic in the work area for about 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the weather
