
JOHNSON COUNTY —A former Kansas high school Choir Director is going to prison for sex crimes.
On Friday, Judge Thomas Sutherland sentenced 35-year-old Micah Horton to 34-months for unlawful sexual relations, according to the Johnson County District Attorney's office.
After an investigation in March of 2024, Olathe Police arrested Horton who was the Choir Director at Olathe North High School. He pleaded guilty to three counts of unlawful sexual relations.
