FINNEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities investigating alleged child sex crimes have located a suspect.
On Sept. 9, Garden City police issued an alert to help locate 23-year-old Fredis Enrique Rivera of Garden City for alleged aggravated solicitation of a child, according to a statement from police.
On Wednesday, police reported that had Rivera in custody on a $75,000 bond on requested charges that include Attempted aggravated indecent liberties w child under the age of 14 and Aggravated indecent solicitation of a child, Sex act with a child under the age of 14, according to online jail records.
