BOURBON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man on child porn allegations.
According to the United State's Attorney, 41-year-old Jesse Edwards of Fort Scott was indicted on one count of distribution of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
Homeland Security is investigating the case. After an arrest on Wednesday in Bourbon County, Edwards remains jailed without bond in Butler County, according to online jail records.
