KANSAS CITY — Law enforcement authorities are investigating a violent attack that sent two children to a hospital.
Just after 1a.m. Tuesday, police responded to a domestic violence incident at a home near the intersection of 38th and Indiana in Kansas City, according to KCPD.
First responders heard what sounded like an argument coming from inside the house. Officers entered the house and found two children including a boy under the age of 10 with a laceration and a girl under the age of 15 with a stab wound. EMS transported them to a local hospital.
Police took a man at the home into custody for questioning.
