KEARNY—One person died in an accident just before 4:30p.m. Sunday in Kearny County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Hummer H3 driven by Dylan C. Knoll, 31, Holcomb, was eastbound on Road 250 approximately six miles north of U.S. 50.&nbsp; The driver failed to yield at the stop sign at Road AA. The SUV collided with a northbound 2004 F150 pickup driven by Dakota J.&nbsp;Mcinnis, 32, Deerfield. The impact caused both vehicles to roll and Mcinnis was ejected from the pickup.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Mcinnis was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Garnand Funeral Home.&nbsp; EMS transported Knoll to Wesley Medical and a teen passenger in the SUV to Kearny County Hospital. Mcinnis was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
