OSAGE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on drug allegations. Just before 3:30p.m. August 28, a Sheriff’s Office Investigator conducted a traffic stop at K-31 Highway and South California Road, near Melvern, for a traffic violation, according to Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located.
Louie R. Romi III, 59, of Melvern was taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail Facility on requested charges of :Possession of methamphetamine and Driving while license suspended.
