KHP IDs NW Kan. man who died after semi lost front tire

LOGAN COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities investigating a fatal Wednesday rollover crash have identified the victim as Todd J. Kuhlman, 49, Oakley.

 The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1978 Kenworth semi driven by Kuhlman was southbound on Kansas 25 twenty one miles north of highway 96. The semi lost the front right tire, left the road to the right, crossed the ditch sideways and rolled on its top along the fence line.

Kuhlman was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported Baalmann Mortuary. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.

LOGAN COUNTY —The Kansas Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal accident that occurred just after 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Logan County.

A vehicle southbound on Kansas 25 twenty one miles north of highway 96 lost the front right tire and left the road to the right. The vehicle crossed the ditch sideways and rolled on its top along the fence line.
