OSAGE COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a Kansas felon on new drug allegations.
Just after 3:30p.m. October 7, a Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on U.S. 75 Highway in rural Osage County for a traffic violation, according to Sheriff Chris Wells.
During the stop, illegal narcotics were located.
Deputies took 41-year-old Travis W. Ray of Louisburg into custody and transported him to the Osage County Jail Facility on requested charges of of Possession of methamphetamine, Possession of drug paraphernalia and for an Expired vehicle registration. He has a previous drug conviction, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
