Rathert Field in Junction City will be the site of the Mid Plains League All Star game Saturday night. Game time is 7 p.m. and there will be a home run derby at 4 p.m. Admission is free.
Prior to the game at the stadium there will be a family fun & health awareness day from 4-7 p.m. Activities will also range from facepainting and vendors to the Rusty Bus Photo Booth and a postgame fire works display.
In addition to the Junction City Brigade, the Geary Community Healthcare Foundation and Konza Prairie Community Health Center are helping sponsor the activities.
