Geary County Sheriff's Deputies responded to I-70 near mile marker 311, 13 miles east of Junction City Sunday for a possible road rage incident. Upon arrival they found a vehicle with a single female occupant who was suffering from a single gunshot wound. She was identified at Tina Borawski, and was transported to Via Christi Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Deputies were given a description of the other person allegedly involved in the incident as a white man between 25 and 37 years of age, with a possible goatee and shaggy strawberry blonde hair. He was driving a four-door white vehicle with an unknown registration.
