JOHNSON COUNTY—Westbound Interstate 70 exit to Southbound Interstate 435 was temporarily closed on Thursday. A&nbsp;concrete slab fell off a trailer was blocking the roadway, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.

Traffic was getting by on the inside shoulder while a crane worked to get the slab loaded back onto the trailer.&nbsp; There were no injuries reported.
