Two vehicles were totaled but no one was injured in an accident reported at 12:57 p.m. Sunday on I-70 eastbound about three miles east of Junction City.
The interstate was wet after a thunderstorm had moved through. According to the Geary County Sheriff's Department, Carnecia Robertson, Manhattan was traveling westbound in a 2008 Ford Escape when the vehicle hydroplaned and crossed the median striking a 2013 Ford Edge driven by David Feist, Lenexa. Both vehicles were reported as totaled.
