SHAWNEE COUNTY — Law enforcement investigating a fatal weekend crash released the name of the victim.
Benjamin Edwards, 40, Topeka, died just after 3p.m. Saturday in a crash involving two motor vehicles that occurred near SW 21st and SW College Avenue, according to Dan Garrett, City of Topeka spokesman.
Edwards was transported to a local area hospital and pronounced deceased. Police released no additional details Monday afternoon.
